Return Policy

At The Doghouse Coffee, we want you and your pup to love what you ordered. Because we roast fresh and ship quickly, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting product quality and food safety.

Coffee & Consumable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All coffee, beverages, and edible items are final sale

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable products once they have shipped

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thedoghouse.coffee with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Consumable Items (Apparel & Merchandise)

Unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • The Doghouse Coffee is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery

  • Please see our Shipping Policy for full details regarding carrier responsibility and porch piracy

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@thedoghouse.coffee

  • Orders cannot be canceled once roasting or fulfillment has begun
