Shipping Policy

At The Doghouse Coffee, we roast fresh and ship fast — because great coffee (and saving dogs) shouldn’t have to wait.

Order Processing Time

All orders are roasted and packed with care.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During peak times, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on order size and destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your coffee’s journey home.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • The Doghouse Coffee is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped

Stolen Packages (“Porch Pirates”)

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • The Doghouse Coffee is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

  • We are unable to replace or refund orders that are confirmed delivered but taken by “porch pirates”

To help prevent theft, we recommend shipping to a secure location, using an address where someone can receive the package, or adding delivery instructions when available.

If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@thedoghouse.coffee and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is their responsibility. That said, we’re happy to assist.

  • If your package appears lost or unusually delayed, contact us at info@thedoghouse.coffee

  • We’ll work with the carrier to help track it down
