High Manco is our first featured pick in the Roaster’s Choice series—a rotating spotlight on small-batch coffees we’re especially excited about. This Peruvian coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Oxapampa-Asháninka-Yánesha Biosphere Reserve, a region known for its biodiversity and high-quality, sustainable coffee cultivation.
Roasted to a City+ (medium-light) level, High Manco offers a smooth and sweet profile with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and toffee, balanced by a gentle acidity and delicate highlights of chamomile, goldenberry, and peach. The finish is creamy and clean, making it an easy-drinking yet complex cup.
